The trouble is, in 1841 Margaret and Mary say No to born in County, but in 1851 Margaret says Derby for place of birth. You don't know that Mary is her daughter, so could be cousin, niece, dau-in-law etc etc etc.
I would think the first thing to establish is the marital condition for John and Margaret when they married.
